Hmmm….If dragon fruit contains 90% water; maybe this is also helpful for maintaining a good oral health. Based on some research, fruits and water are good remedies for bad breath, because these help moisten the mouth. Furthermore, regular brushing and flossing are still important in removing unwanted debris within the teeth, and washing away germs in your mouth.
